You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure its smooth functionality. Your role will involve managing and supporting the company's technology infrastructure, which includes hardware, software, networks, and data. You will be required to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues with the ERP system. Therefore, having a good knowledge of ERP handling, excellent communication skills, technical skills for database management, knowledge in network management, and proficiency in hardware and software maintenance will be essential for this role.
