Job Description

We are seeking visionary individuals to help us in this very exciting journey. As a part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with top healthcare providers in the country, applying AI-powe'red RPM solutions to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare - enhancing staff efficiency, improving patient outcomes, and pioneering the next generation of care models.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules, ensuring stability, data integrity, and optimal performance.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze, design, and implement new ERP features aligned with organizational needs.
Develop and deploy customizations, workflows, and process automations to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead ERP integrations with internal systems (CRM, HRMS, Finance, etc) and third-party applications using APIs and data connectors.
Conduct requirement analysis, testing, and documentation for new features and system enhancements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.
Coordinate end-user training and prepare user manuals to ensure smooth adoption of ERP functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ERP processes in areas such as finance, procurement, inventory, and production.
Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements in ERP configuration and usage.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience in ERP management, customization, and integration preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
Bachelors or Masters in relevant fields.
Strong understanding of ERP architecture, data structures, and business workflows.
Experience with integration tools, APIs, and middleware (eg, Azure Integration Services, Power Automate).
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
Proficiency in Excel and data analytics and validation methods
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, or Asana).
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
