Minimum 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation, support, and management

Managing and supporting the ERP system : Master Data Controls in ERP Systems, Day to Day Transaction as Best Practices, Standard Reports

Collaborating with departments to gather requirements : Working with Users to understand their business requirements, evaluate existing processes, and define system goals and objectives

Implementing system upgrades and improvements

Providing user training and support

Troubleshooting issues to ensure data integrity and security

Developing and maintaining system documentation

Knowledge about SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, database design, querying, stored procedures, functions, performance tuning, data analysis, reporting, Security & Backups System.

Develop and maintain dashboards, Reports using Reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Visual Foxpro Reports, Power BI), data visualization, system integration.
