Home One is a leading Residential interior design firm based in Chennai. Our team of interior design professionals seeks to provide high-quality and beautiful interiors for their residential clients, tailoring their solutions to meet the individual tastes of each homeowner.

The ERP cum Admin Associate will manage day-to-day ERP system operations and perform general office administration tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.

1) ERP System Support

• Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings
• Configure and maintain ERP modules; apply patches and updates
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity
• Generate reports and support users with dashboards and documentation

2) Office Administration

• Manage IT assets (laptops, peripherals, access cards) and handle service/support coordination
• Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
• Assist with basic IT tasks such as software installation and vendor communication

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in user training and documentation support

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: As per market standards
