As a Manager in the Technology Consulting practice at EY, you will specialize in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and lead end-to-end project implementations. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions using Oracle EPM Products. Here are the details of your responsibilities and qualifications: Key Responsibilities: - Act as a techno-functional solution architect for Oracle EPM EDMCS implementation projects - Manage project phases including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, deployment, and support - Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address client needs - Ensure the quality and completeness of project deliverables while adhering to consulting standards - Collaborate effectively with onshore and client teams - Lead a team of developers and foster high performance - Willingness to travel onsite as per project requirements - Possess strong communication, presentation, and interactive skills Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in EPM implementation modules with a focus on Oracle EPBCS - Hands-on experience in developing models using EDMCS modules like Financials, Workforce, Projects, etc. - Proficiency in Essbase, calc scripts, and Oracle EPM cloud functionalities - Expertise in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions - Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes - Familiarity with Planning methodologies such as Driver-based Planning, what-if Analysis, etc. - Preferred Skills: - Experience in other Oracle EPM cloud solutions like EPCM/PCMCS, NR/EPRCS, FCCS, etc. - Exposure to technologies like OneStream, Tagetik, etc. - Strong functional understanding of FP&A processes and accounting standards - Diverse experience working across sectors, regions, and clients - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and achieving service delivery excellence - MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications - Oracle PBCS Certification is strongly preferred At EY, we are committed to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
