ERECTOR • Knowledge of reading GAD & Template setting with reference to customer lines • Should be able to read & write any details as required for site progress. • Store management/housekeeping and safeguarding materials to avoid damages/loss of materials • Install elevator components according to Field installation manual and specifications • Installation and alignment of Guide rail brackets and Rails • Assembling and positioning the elevator machine/machine beam/controller/Governor and other mechanical and electrical parts in the machine room/overhead • Installation, alignment of landing door frames/doors • Installation of electrical cables/harness inside the hoistway • Installation and alignment of Car & CWT frame/Cabin platform/Cabin assembly/ Roping/Loading/light fixtures and hall fixtures • Adhere strictly to Otis safety standards and process during installation. • To complete required documentation work, such as Job Hazard Analysis, timesheets and inspection reports, accurately and promptly. • Ensure quality and timely completion of work.
