Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day erection activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule standards on-site.
• Read and interpret fabrication and erection drawings.
• Monitor manpower and resource utilization.
• Prepare daily progress reports and resolve site-related issues efficiently.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong interest in the PEB/steel structure industry.
• Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated individual.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across Maharashtra project sites.
• Freshers with practical knowledge or internships in PEB projects are welcome.
