Job Description – Erection Engineer (Solar Power)

About the Role:

The Erection Engineer (Solar Power) will be responsible for supervising and executing solar plant erection projects. This role requires technical expertise in installation, site supervision, and project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Role Objectives:

• Supervise and manage solar plant erection activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure that erection work follows approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Monitor and maintain adherence to safety protocols and site regulations.
• Support troubleshooting and provide technical guidance during installation.
• Assist in quality checks and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and handover.

Basic Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 – 4 years in solar project erection, maintenance, or installation.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems and erection processes.
• Proficiency in site supervision, documentation, and quality reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in field/project site conditions.

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
