Key Responsibilities: Handle time office, attendance, and payroll inputs Ensure compliance with factory labour laws and statutory regulations Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes Manage administrative activities including facility management, housekeeping, and vendor coordination Coordinate with government bodies and external auditors as required Support management in policy implementation and disciplinary actions Key Requirements: MBA in HR Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles in a factory. Job Title: Tekla Modeler Location: Hyderabad Company: Volta Green Structures Private Limited Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) Experience: 4–5 Years (Mandatory in PEB Industry) Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Tekla Modeler with hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to join our growing team at Volta Green Structures Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures software. Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D structural models using Tekla Structures for PEB projects. Prepare GA drawings, shop/fabrication drawings, and erection drawings. Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to gather requirements and ensure modeling accuracy. Perform clash detection and resolve modeling issues. Ensure drawings comply with company standards and client specifications. Revise models and drawings based on client/engineer feedback. Manage and maintain drawing records and revision histories. Candidate Profile: Experience: 4–5 years in Tekla Modeling, specifically in the PEB industry (Mandatory). Education: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical or relevant discipline. Software Skills: Proficient in Tekla Structures; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. Good understanding of steel structures, fabrication, and erection processes. Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
