Job Title: HR cum Admin Executive Location: Near Sadashivpet , Telangana Industry: Manufacturing / Factory Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 3 years in a factory (Mandatory) Preferred Region Experience: Must have worked in Telangana Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR cum Admin Executive to manage HR and administrative functions in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a factory environment and should be familiar with the local labour laws and statutory compliances of Telangana. Key Responsibilities: Handle time office, attendance, and payroll inputs Ensure compliance with factory labour laws and statutory regulations Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes Manage administrative activities including facility management, housekeeping, and vendor coordination Coordinate with government bodies and external auditors as required Support management in policy implementation and disciplinary actions Key Requirements: MBA in HR Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles in a factory.
