Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Erection Engineer located in Salem. The Erection Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation of steel structures, managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other team members and contractors. Day-to-day tasks include supervising erection processes, preparing project reports, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of erection processes, steel structures, and construction techniques
• Project management, site supervision, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Relevant experience in the construction or steel building industries
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field

Experience

●     Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the erection of PEB

● Freshers can also apply if they are quick learners and able to managethe site
