Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking two motivated Mechanical Engineers to be deputed on a continuous basis at our project site in Dhamra, Odisha. The primary role involves hands-on execution and quality assurance for the erection and commissioning of critical Bulk Material Handling (BMH) equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Erection & Commissioning: Lead and supervise the on-site erection and commissioning activities for:

o Bulk Material Handling Systems including Conveyors and Transfer Towers.

o Stackers, Reclaimers, and Ship Loaders.

o Twin Wagon Tipplers.

· Quality Control (QC): Ensure all site activities and deliverables strictly adhere to the approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Fabrication & Quality Assurance Plan (FQAP). Conduct inspections and maintain quality records.

· Safety Management: Implement and enforce all site safety protocols, with a strong working knowledge of Industrial Safety Standards, particularly Section 9 regulations, to ensure a zero-harm environment.

· Site Supervision: Oversee contractors and workmen, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, method statements, and project schedules.

· Technical Coordination: Liaise with vendors, client representatives, and the project management team to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Education: BE / in Mechanical Engineering.

· Experience: Up to 10 years of relevant experience in the erection, commissioning, and quality control of Bulk Material Handling (BMH) systems.

· Mandatory Technical Exposure:

o Hands-on experience with Conveyors, Stackers, Reclaimers, Ship Loaders, and Wagon Tipplers.

o Proven ability to implement and maintain QAP/FQAP on site.

o Demonstrable knowledge and application of Industrial Safety standards (Section 9).

· Key Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a site-based deputation role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per month
