Education Required: Diploma Experience Required: 4 - 12 Years Job Responsibilities: Development of Body Accuracy White Body. Inspection of Sheet metal Parts (Press Weld Both) Experience of BIW production process Active Participation in BIW Proto Trials for Accuracy Maturation, Defects Analysis counter measure implementation. Closure Accuracy Maturation, Press Roller Hemming accuracy maturation. Technical/ Functional: Knowledge about New Model Quality Maturation Plan BIW Weld Process. Knowledge about FARO/Portable Scanning, CMM Inspection, ATOS Scanning and various Alignment methods used for inspection. Knowledge about Closure Quality Maturation process. Knowledge about assembly related issues reported for closures White Body. Knowledge about Jig Planning Sheet Basic concepts like Datum Pin, Datum Mylar etc. Quality Maturation Plan/Process means : 1. Activities done at various stage of Devlopment like Production Proto, Mass Production Proto 2. Corrective Preventive Counter measure for defects Management
