Role Overview

We are looking for a young, passionate, and disciplined writer with a strong interest in the Indian stock market. The role involves creating daily market views, stock and sector analysis, market news summaries, and well-structured newsletters for investors.

This role is ideal for someone who follows markets daily, enjoys reading business news, understands stocks, and can explain market movements in simple and clear language.

Key Responsibilities

• Write daily stock market views covering market opening, intraday outlook, and closing summary
• Prepare stock-specific analysis (fundamental and/or technical, as guided by the research team)
• Write sectoral analysis explaining trends, opportunities, and risks
• Create weekly, monthly and quarterly newsletters for clients
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with SEBI research communication norms
• Coordinate with the research, marketing, and product teams for timely delivery of content

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in equity markets and investing
• Basic understanding of:
• Stocks, indices, sectors
• Financial statements (basic level is sufficient)
• Market news and corporate actions
• Good command over written English with the ability to explain concepts in simple words

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Journalism, or related field
• NISM certifications (Research Analyst)
• Prior experience in:
• Stock market writing
• Equity research firms, broking houses, or financial media
• Understanding of long-term investing
