Role & responsibilities

• Data Validation: Perform checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the database.
• Data Reconciliation: Identify and resolve discrepancies between different data sources using reports, and other data comparison tools. • Error Handling and Correction: Address any errors or issues that arise during the reconciliation process and implement first level corrective actions. • Testing: Conduct functional, user acceptance, and performance testing to ensure data integrity within the system. • Documentation: Document the client asset processes, including issues encountered and resolutions. • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and reconciliation results to stakeholders, providing clear explanations and recommendations. • Payment Processing: Ensure all payments to participants are processed accurately and on time. Monitor payment schedules and deadlines to prevent delays. • Error Resolution: Identify and address any errors in payment processing. Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently. • Process Improvement: Analyze payment processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement learnings from past errors to enhance accuracy and efficiency. • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions. Prepare regular reports on payment activities and issues.
