Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst of Index Management Research you will play a key role in helping the team that manages the ongoing development and enhancement of ESG and Climate index methodologies and investment solutions across asset classes. You will work in a team that responds to a client base in your location related to ESG and equity index methodology topics. You will be responsible for all aspects of rebalancing the indices you own and in ensuring the accuracy of data we send to clients.

The Analyst of Index Management Research will also be involved in general Index Management Research responsibilities such as index policy research, assistance in new product development and helping in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

0-3 years direct or financial industry experience
The candidate should have working knowledge around the fundamentals of equity index investing and construction
Fundamental knowledge and familiarity around concepts of index maintenance and portfolio management/replication across asset classes if preferred
Very good quantitative knowledge and analytical skills including Python.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple deliverables
