Equity Dealer

Role Overview

We are looking for an Equity Dealer to execute trades for our Category III Long-Only AIF. The role involves precise trade execution, market monitoring, and coordination with the fund manager to ensure smooth portfolio implementation and compliance with SEBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cash-equity trades as per fund manager instructions.
• Monitor markets, liquidity, and order book to ensure best execution.
• Provide intraday updates on order status and market movements.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF regulations and internal risk limits.
• Coordinate with brokers, operations, and risk teams for seamless trade flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce or related field.
• NISM Series VIII (mandatory)
• Strong market understanding and execution discipline.
• Familiarity with OMS/EMS systems and market data tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in long-only equity strategies.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Compensation

• Competitive salary, with pay scaled upward based on experience and expertise.
