Role Overview We are looking for an Equity Dealer to execute trades for our Category III Long-Only AIF. The role involves precise trade execution, market monitoring, and coordination with the fund manager to ensure smooth portfolio implementation and compliance with SEBI guidelines. Key Responsibilities Execute cash-equity trades as per fund manager instructions. Monitor markets, liquidity, and order book to ensure best execution. Provide intraday updates on order status and market movements. Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF regulations and internal risk limits. Coordinate with brokers, operations, and risk teams for seamless trade flow. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce or related field. NISM Series VIII (mandatory) Strong market understanding and execution discipline. Familiarity with OMS/EMS systems and market data tools. Preferred Skills Experience in long-only equity strategies. Strong communication and attention to detail. Compensation Competitive salary, with pay scaled upward based on experience and expertise.
