Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and reconciliation results to stakeholders, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
Payment Processing: Ensure all payments to participants are processed accurately and on time. Monitor payment schedules and deadlines to prevent delays.
Error Resolution: Identify and address any errors in payment processing. Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Process Improvement: Analyze payment processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement learnings from past errors to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions. Prepare regular reports on payment activities and issues.
