Job Description

1) VRM Cash

• Managing of 3000 to 5000 customers per dealer.

• To achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability.

• Should focus on overall portfolio growth, client activity ratio and quality of information delivered.

• Propose investment options based on customer needs by assessing their risk appetite.

• Support the client decision making with use of technology enabled tools

• Develop Knowledge of market news, financial trends and current affairs

• Analyse customer portfolio & give appropriate advice

• Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk.

• Assist in increasing depth in existing relationships

2) Derivatives

- Calling client and giving them introduction as VRM

- Built relationship with client to cross sell TPP products.

- Solving clients query to avoid further escalation.

- Guide client to trade online and also guide for further investment online.

- Provide on call guidance and assistance to client when required.

- Reactivation of client, mapped to you in equity and commodities segment.

- Reach out all the top client mapped to you on call.

3) Reactivation

• Reactivation of inactive/dormant/Inoperative Demat Ac.

• To achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability.

• Should focus on overall portfolio growth, client activity ratio and quality of information delivered.

• Propose investment options based on customer needs by assessing their risk appetite.

• Support the client decision making with use of technology enabled tools

• Develop Knowledge of market news, financial trends and current affairs

• Analyze customer portfolio & give appropriate advice

• Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk.

4) TPP

  • Managing 150 to 200 potential leads of customers per day.
  • Should have complete knowledge about MF, EQUITY
  • Good communication skills.
  • Sharing investment ideas to the clients based on their needs.
  • Generating revenues without compromising on clients risk and profitability.
  • Should develop knowledge of market news, financial trends and current affairs.
  • Analyze customer portfolio & give appropriate advice
  • Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk
