Role Description As Equities Market Instructor, you will design and deliver comprehensive educational content to the users of Dozen Diamonds. You will be responsible for creating engaging materials that simplify financial and trading concepts and enhance our users' understanding of the equities market, automated trading strategies, and the concept of “extra cash” of Dozen Diamonds’ Stressless Trading Method. Responsibilities Develop and deliver educational content on equities trading, and the concept of “extra cash” of Dozen Diamonds’ Stressless Trading Method, for Dozen Diamonds’ users with varying levels of experience. Create videos tutorials, webinars, articles, blog posts and interactive courses. If comfortable, you will also be able to deliver this material to a live or online audience. Simplify and explain complex financial concepts to a diverse audience. Collaborate with the technology and marketing teams to ensure educational content aligns with app functionalities and user needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the equities market and automated trading technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Experience in equities trading and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Experience in education, training, or instructional design is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear terms. Proficiency in creating multimedia educational content. Passion for financial markets and a commitment to helping others succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with automated trading platforms and tools is a plus. Show more Show less
