Job Description

Develop and implement environmental policies, procedures, and frameworks.
Monitor compliance with environmental laws and standards across projects.
Oversee environmental impact assessments and audits.
Support project teams in implementing environmental management plans (EMPs).
Drive initiatives for resource efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon footprint minimization.
Identify opportunities to enhance environmental performance and cost savings.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective implementation of environmental policies.
Engage with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and manage submissions .
Organize training programs on environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and compliance.
Conduct regular reviews of team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure adherence to local, national, and international environmental regulations .
Oversee compliance with ISO 14001 standards and other applicable certifications.
Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
Develop and test emergency response plans for environmental incidents.
