Environmental Health Safety Specialist

Job Description: EHS Officer/ Astt.Manager /Dy.Mgr for Mumbai Project:

1. Degree in Science or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized

Board/University.

2. One-year Safety Diploma from a recognized Board/University, OR

3. One-year correspondence course in Safety from NICMAR, Annamalai

University, National/State Productivity Councils, or other recognized

State Technical Education Boards.

4. Preference will be given to candidates holding NEBOSH/IOSH

Certification or Diploma.

5. Alternatively, any Graduate/Diploma holder with minimum 6 years of

relevant experience in a full-fledged EHS department of a Public

Sector, Leading Private Sector, or MNC (subject to prior employer

approval).

6. Minimum 6 years of work experience as an EHS Officer, specifically in

high-rise building projects.

7. Preference will be given to candidates currently working with

Client/PMC organizations.

8. Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).

9. Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple contractors at site.

10. Strong understanding of local and national EHS legislation and

compliance requirements.

11. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

12. Strong leadership and communication skills.

13. Proactive approach in identifying risks and implementing preventive

measures.

14. Capability to enforce safety standards and ensure compliance across

stakeholders.
