Job Description

Role Overview: As a senior member of the JLL India HSSE team, your main responsibility will be implementing and managing HSSE for one of JLL's key India WD accounts. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safety of employees and sub-contractors, aiming for them to return home safely at the end of each working day. You are expected to demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental issues, applying JLL HSSE and Client Management System and Standards within your areas of responsibility. Your focus will be on promoting a positive, proactive HSSE culture, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with all client HSSE policies and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Global WD HSSE and Client strategic objectives within the Client account, ensuring operational relevance. - Manage and reduce operational risks by providing guidance on HSSE risk management. - Provide technical advice on relevant HSSE issues and communicate changes in legislation affecting service delivery or client occupancy. - Lead, manage, and develop the Account HSSE teams to maintain operational HSSE management. - Drive a program for training, audit, measurement, and reporting HSSE performance against standards. - Support the implementation of an effective account HSSE communication plan. - Support the successful delivery of HSSE regulatory responsibilities and best practices to ensure compliance. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients" key representatives and local stakeholders. - Attract, develop, and retain a team of talented employees committed to delivering exceptional client results. - Ensure career and succession plans are proactively managed to avoid operational disruption. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing HSSE programs. - Strong track record of HSE management within Operational Management systems with corporate clients. - Experience managing HSSE for multiple sites across multiple countries with understanding of HSSE regulatory environment. - ISO 14001 and 45001 Management system development, implementation, and auditing experience. - Practical working knowledge of tools and techniques within a real estate environment for risk management. - Ability to operate effectively in a matrix structure with an orientation to goals and measurable results.,
