We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental Executive to support our Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects. The candidate will work closely with senior consultants and project teams to collect technical data, prepare EIA applications, and assist in documentation and presentations for State Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with clients to collect project-specific technical and baseline environmental data.
Follow up for timely receipt of necessary documents and clarifications.
Compile and validate data related to air, water, noise, soil, and ecology.
Assist in liaising with third-party labs and experts for environmental monitoring.
Support preparation of Form 1, Form 1A, PFR (Pre-feasibility Reports), and draft EIA/EMP reports.
Ensure that reports comply with MoEF&CC / SEIAA/ SEAC guidelines and TOR (Terms of Reference).
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and summary documents for SEAC/SEIAA appraisals.
Assist in responding to SEAC queries and updating documents based on review feedback.
Stay updated with latest EIA Notification amendments and guidelines.
Support submission and follow-up for online applications via Parivesh portal.
Strong understanding of EIA Notification 2006 and amendments.
Familiarity with regulatory portals (e.g., Parivesh).
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
