Role Summary:

The Entity Controller will oversee all accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for assigned entities. The role requires deep expertise in R2R processes, system integrations, and automation troubleshooting, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with global accounting policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
month-end close
and
group reporting
in AARO, including journal preparation and review of AR/AP, fixed assets, and GL.
Perform
balance sheet reconciliations
and ensure accuracy across accounts.
Oversee
AR processes
including write-offs, reserve analysis, and ledger reconciliations.
Lead
AP functions
, including payment approvals and month-end accruals.
Manage
bank transfers
, intercompany reconciliations, and related accounting.
Oversee
payroll reconciliations
, benefits data, and accrual postings.
Coordinate and support
audit requirements
with complete documentation.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation issues
across ERP, billing systems, and expense platforms.
Conduct
internal control checks
and proactively identify discrepancies before closure.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless month-end reporting and compliance.
