About The Team The Content Authorization team at AlphaSense is responsible for facilitating access to broker research and specialized content for our customers. As an Entitlement Analyst on the team, you will play a crucial role in managing the process of setting up customers with access to content, serving as a key liaison between customers, the sales team, and strategic content partners. About The Role We are seeking a motivated and accomplished Entitlement Analyst to join our expanding team in India. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth company and contribute to an award-winning product that is rapidly gaining traction in international markets. As an Entitlement Analyst, you will collaborate closely with global sales teams, handling Content Authorization requests and ensuring a superior customer experience. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer concerns, coordinating with sales teams and broker partners, and delivering professional support to all stakeholders. Who You Are As an ideal candidate for this role, you are a customer-focused individual with experience in providing support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. You possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate comprehensive information to sales teams effectively. Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, will enable you to excel in this role. You are a team player who values building relationships across different groups and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus. What You'll Do - Process Content Authorization requests from sales teams following standard operating procedures. - Collaborate with sales teams and broker partners to gather necessary information. - Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively. - Monitor the progress of Content Authorization requests and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. - Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely and quality services. - Propose process improvements and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency. - Support special projects as assigned. Requirements - Ability to work from 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST (Monday to Friday). - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a designated home office setup.
