Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to apply the latest technology and industry expertise, ultimately creating better products and experiences that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. You will engage in discussions that shape the direction of technology initiatives and ensure that solutions align with business objectives, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the enterprise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve team efficiency and project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Ability to design scalable and resilient IT solutions. - Familiarity with integration patterns and data management strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education
