Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, applying the latest technology and industry expertise to design innovative solutions, and ensuring that the products and experiences created meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose enhancements that align with the organization's strategic goals. Your role will also include mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP HANA DB Administration, SAP BTP Administration. - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with SAP solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 16 years full time education is required. 16 years full time education
