Summary:As a AVEVA Platform Lead, you will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of AVEVA-based digital operations solutions across high-value industries, with a primary focus on Semiconductor, GPU Manufacturing, and Data Centers, and cross-industry applications in Oil & Gas, CPG, Warehouse & Automotive sectors. You will leverage AVEVA's MES, Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS), Unified Operations Center (UOC), and Digital Twin frameworks to enhance capacity planning, cycle time reduction, and throughput optimization. Your expertise will drive data-driven decision-making, enabling enterprises to visualize, simulate, and optimize operational performance across complex production and infrastructure networks. Roles & Responsibilities:1. Lead design and implementation of AVEVA MES for real-time process visibility, resource utilization, and performance tracking (OEE, cycle time, and yield). 2. Configure and deploy AVEVA Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) for capacity-aware production scheduling, tool/line optimization, and load balancing. 3. Develop Digital Twin and What-If Simulation models using AVEVA integration frameworks to evaluate process improvements, layout reconfigurations, or capacity expansion scenarios. 4. Implement AVEVA Unified Operations Center (UOC) dashboards for end-to-end visibility across facilities, integrating data from MES, SCADA, ERP, and historian systems. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput using predictive analytics, scheduling logic, and asset performance insights. 6. Integrate AVEVA systems with enterprise tools (ERP, WMS, CMMS, or SCADA) for seamless data flow and unified KPI reporting. 7. Lead customer workshops, requirement studies, and initiatives to define architecture, functional mapping, and best practices for cycle time and capacity optimization. 8. Validate solutions using real-world process data and prepare detailed documentation of architecture, configuration logic, assumptions, and performance results. 9. Support PoC and pilot execution in Semiconductor or GPU fabs, focusing on measurable KPIs (cycle time reduction %, capacity gain %, OEE uplift). 10. Contribute to AVEVA asset creation (templates, libraries, and reusable models). Professional & Technical
