Summary:As a Hi-Tech (Semiconductor) Simulation Consultant, you will provide deep domain, functional, and high-level technical expertise in Simulation and Digital Twin technologies. You will create various simulation scenarios and digital models applicable to end-to-end semiconductor manufacturing operations, including Front-End (Wafer Fab), Back-End (Assembly & Test), and Circuit Card Assembly (CCA). You will be responsible for the successful delivery of simulation use cases that result in measurable improvements in KPIs such as throughput, yield, cycle time, and equipment utilization. You must have hands-on experience in live semiconductor manufacturing environments, including cleanroom operations, equipment-behavior modeling, and process flow optimization. This role involves collaborating with clients, internal stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-impact simulation solutions. This is a techno-functional lead role, engaging directly with client Functional stakeholders to identify and drive simulation-led manufacturing optimization initiatives. You will also contribute to industry thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and strategic advisories. Roles & Responsibilities:1. You will create various simulation scenarios and digital twin models applicable to semiconductor manufacturing operations. 2. Responsible for successful delivery of simulation use cases that result in improvements of KPIs such as cycle time, yield, throughput, and OEE. 3. Conceptualize and design simulation scenarios for Wafer Fab, Assembly & Test, and CCA operations, from a functional process perspective. 4. Actively lead and participate in client discussions, showcasing simulation capabilities and solutions. 5. Collaborate with global teams and ecosystem partners (e.g., Siemens, Dassault, Cadence, FlexSim) to build solutions and proof-of-concepts. 6. Facilitate assessments, due diligence, and solution blueprinting for client engagements. 7. Lead simulation solution design and delivery, integrating with MES, ERP, PLM, and factory automation systems. 8. Drive thought leadership through patents, whitepapers, conference presentations, and academic collaborations. Professional & Technical
