Overview

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading a team of ServiceNow developers, architects, and operations associates
• Overseeing an extensive portfolio of parallel projects across various product SKUs, ensuring strategic alignment and successful execution.
• Implementing the overall strategy for ServiceNow products such as ESM, ITSM, KM, and omnichannel.
• Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of regular releases for minor enhancements, running parallel to project releases.
• Participate in LT meetings to advocate for critical support needs and celebrate achievements.
• Support the rollout of innovation initiatives for ServiceNow modules.
• Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Industry experience.
• Bachelor's in a relevant technology field, master's preferred.
• Good communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage and orchestrate multiple assignments.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team expanded across the globe.
