Enterprise Service Manager(Ex Service Man)- Karnataka, Rajasthan

Core Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Leadership

• Design and implement CSR programs

  aligned with renewable energy initiatives and corporate sustainability goals.
• Develop

  community outreach and engagement strategies

  , particularly for project-affected areas.
• Ensure CSR initiatives reflect the companys values and comply with environmental and social governance (ESG) standards.
  
• Prepare

  impact assessment reports

  and sustainability disclosures for stakeholders and regulators.

2. Project Development & Site Work Coordination

• Oversee

  on-site project execution

  for renewable energy installations (solar, wind, hydro, etc.).
• Coordinate

  land acquisition and Land Model planning

  to ensure sustainable and ethical land use.
• Monitor compliance with

  local and national regulations

  , including environmental and zoning laws.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

• Act as the

  primary liaison

  between the company and external stakeholders:
• Local communities
  
• Indigenous groups
  
• Environmental NGOs
  
• Government agencies
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build trust through

  transparent communication and community benefits planning

• Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain a strong social license to operate.
  

4. Budgeting & Reporting

• Develop and manage

  budgets for CSR and community development projects

• Track expenditures and ensure

  efficient allocation of resources

• Provide periodic updates and reports to

  executive leadership and board-level committees

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of

  renewable energy development processes

• Experience in
