The Sales Engineer role at our client involves collaborating with sales partners to deliver pre-sales enablement and technical support for the company's strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Regional Sales Engineer Director and based in Bangalore, India (Home office), you will be responsible for defining solution architectures, providing technical leadership, and supporting MSSPs and their clients in implementing and maintaining our client solutions. Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering Proof of Concepts, offering mentorship to MSSPs and clients, establishing best practices within MSSP organizations, and influencing product strategy based on customer needs. As a subject matter expert, you will serve as the primary contact for MSSPs and customers, advising sales teams on optimal architecture for customer deployments, and communicating customer requirements to the Product team. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Project Management & Professional Services Team to ensure project objectives are met. To excel in this role, you should be a University Graduate in an engineering field with at least 7 years of pre-sale experience in Enterprise selling. A solid understanding of technology security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SDN, Compliance, and Policy Orchestration, is required. Proficiency in TCP/IP v4, Routing, firewall policies, LDAP, and Radius for authentication services is essential, as is a proven track record in winning competitive Proof of Concepts. Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems, the ability to create integrated solutions across functions, and a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time are also crucial for this position.,
