Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager (Applications) at Oracle, you will report to the Director - Applications and be responsible for selling Oracle Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, Transport Management, CRM Sales, Service Marketing, etc) to named Accounts. This is a Hunting and Farming role where you will have the opportunity to overachieve sales targets & KPIs by developing and executing a sales plan that supports short- and long-term goals. Your responsibilities will include setting expectations with senior sales management through timely and accurate forecasting, pipeline, and sales activity reporting, supporting sales professionals during any stage of the sales cycle, and developing a deep understanding of the product offering, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Additionally, you will be expected to internalize and deliver the value proposition clearly and persuasively to various audiences, including c-level executives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the business to (over) achieve sales targets & KPIs. - Develop and execute a sales plan that supports short- and long-term goals. - Set expectations with senior sales management through timely and accurate forecasting, pipeline, and sales activity reporting. - Support sales professionals during any stage of the sales cycle. - Develop a deep understanding of the product offering, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Internalize and deliver the value proposition clearly and persuasively to various audiences, including c-level executives. Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 12 years direct sales experience in Software or Solution selling to end-users, familiarity with SaaS a plus. - Experience managing subscription new business sales a plus. - Experience navigating complex sales cycles. - Results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude with unwavering commitment to integrity and professionalism. - Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and territory/account development. - University degree, advanced degree a plus.
