Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients for our solutions.

· Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

· Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closure.

· Coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in CPaaS/Middleware/Software sales.

· Strong network and connections in the enterprise segment.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.

· Immediate availability will be an advantage.

· Candidates from Maharashtra are preferred.

· BFSI experience shall be preferred.

Compensation:

· Salary bracket: upto ₹12 LPA.

· 70% of CTC as fixed pay, 30% as variable pay.

· Variable pay will be disbursed quarterly based on performance.
