Enterprise Recruitment Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute marketing and international recruitment strategies for colleges and universities.
• Stay up to date with region-specific industry trends and competitor activities to align recruitment strategies.

Recruitment Partner Management:

• Expand the network of international recruitment partners.
• Conduct regular training for recruitment partners and their counselors on enrollment processes, top schools, programs, and requirements.
• Ensure recruitment partner quality and increase international applicant volume to meet semester targets.

Events & Presentations:

• Participate in education fairs and promote presentations to agents and prospective students.
• Conduct regional webinars and seminars for recruitment partners and internal sales teams.

Enrollment Support & Collaboration:

• Drive enrollments with recruitment partners and coordinate with the internal ApplyBoard Sales team.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders at colleges/universities.
• Hold regular team meetings with the recruitment team to monitor targets and market developments.

Travel & Field Engagement:

• Extensive travel required (15-20 working days per month) to visit recruitment partners, train agents, and engage with local markets.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 0-1 year of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies for differentiated institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively for recruitment activities.
