As an Enterprise Architect, Data Integration and BI at Myers-Holum, you will play a crucial role in leading client engagements by strategically designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise data solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and implementation of data solutions aligned with clients' long-term business goals. - Developing architectural vision for data integration, BI, and analytics solutions across various business functions. - Designing scalable data warehouses and BI solutions using cutting-edge technologies like Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and Suite Commerce Advanced. - Leading cross-functional teams in developing data governance frameworks, models, and integration architectures. - Translating high-level business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring alignment with IT strategies and compliance standards. - Architecting end-to-end data pipelines, integration frameworks, and data governance models. - Providing thought leadership on emerging technologies and best practices in data management and BI. - Overseeing deployment and adoption of enterprise data initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - Engaging with senior stakeholders to communicate architectural solutions and drive digital transformation. - Mentoring technical teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - Conducting architectural reviews and providing guidance on data security, compliance, and performance optimization. - Leading workshops, training sessions, and collaborative sessions with clients for successful adoption of data solutions. - Contributing to internal frameworks, methodologies, and standards for data architecture, integration, and BI. - Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies for continuous evolution of enterprise data architecture. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - 10+ years of professional experience in data management, BI, and integration architecture. - 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise data architectures. - Expertise in cloud-based data architectures and hybrid solutions. - Proficiency in data integration tools and understanding of data integration lifecycle. - Experience with relational databases and BI platforms. - Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes integration. - Hands-on experience with designing APIs and integration mechanisms. - Experience in implementing data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing data-driven projects.
