Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Analyst – Cyber Security to join our Managed Fusion Center team. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to SIEM/SOAR tools and experience responding to security alerts and incidents in a SOC or enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and perform initial triage.
• Work on enterprise-grade SIEM/SOAR tools such as ArcSight, QRadar, Splunk, or LogRhythm.
• Escalate incidents to the Enterprise Principal Analyst as needed.
• Take ownership of client configuration issues and follow up until resolution.
• Investigate alerts as per SOPs while coordinating with customers and partners.
• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for clients regarding security and configuration best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SOC / Managed Security / Infrastructure Security.
• Hands-on experience maintaining SIEM systems.
• Good understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, proxies, and network security.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience with SIEM content creation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CEH, Cisco Security, Security+.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with server-grade applications (AD, LDAP, SQL, DNS, SMTP, Exchange, etc.).

Pay: ₹266,234.60 - ₹1,024,136.58 per year
