Job Title: Enrollment Specialist – Inside Sales & Marketing Job Type: Full-Time Location: Swargate, Pune About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Enrollment Specialist to join our Inside Sales & Marketing team. You will play a key role in guiding students through the enrollment process and promoting our educational programs. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to leads (students/parents) through calls, emails, and follow-ups. Understand students' needs and recommend suitable courses/programs. Convert inquiries into enrollments by clearly communicating program benefits. Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system. Support marketing efforts such as webinars, social media promotions, and campaigns. Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets and report progress to the team lead. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/ Master's degree in any field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, education, and helping students.
