Job Description

Job Summary:

The Enrollment Manager will be responsible for driving student admissions, managing the enrollment process, and building strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in sales or enrollment management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Enrollment Efforts: Actively promote TIAs programs to prospective students and parents through various channels, including in-person consultations, phone calls, emails, and events.
  • Manage Enrollment Process: Oversee the entire enrollment lifecycle, from lead generation to final registration, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, community organizations, and other stakeholders to drive referrals and partnerships.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies to attract students, including digital campaigns, open houses, and workshops.
  • Data Management: Track and analyze enrollment data, provide regular reports on enrollment metrics, and forecast future enrollment trends to meet targets.
  • Counseling and Guidance: Provide personalized guidance to prospective students and parents about TIAs programs, addressing queries and aligning offerings with their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, administrative staff, and management to ensure alignment between enrollment goals and program delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure all enrollment processes comply with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enrollment management, sales, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of the education industry and trends in Hyderabad is a plus.
