**Role Purpose:**
To develop and deliver high-quality English language training sessions that improve learners' proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening; to build confidence; and to help them meet their language goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design lesson plans suited to students levels and goals (beginner / intermediate / advanced).
* Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, comprehension, and conversation skills.
* Use interactive teaching methods (role-plays, discussions, multimedia) to engage learners.
* Conduct assessments to measure progress and provide feedback.
* Adapt teaching materials based on student needs.
* Maintain records of attendance, performance, and feedback.
**Required Skills / Qualifications:**
* Strong command of English, with excellent grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.
* Prior teaching or tutoring experience (ideally in English language).
* Ability to explain complex ideas simply.
* Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
* (Optional) Certification in TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or equivalent.
