Boldwings . is looking for dedicated and confident English & ECS (Employability Communication Skills) Trainers for our Vashi, Ghatkopar, and Panvel branches. The trainer will be responsible for improving students spoken English and soft skills, as well as preparing them for job interviews.
Conduct training in spoken English, soft skills, and interview techniques.
Guide students in personality development and workplace communication.
Provide one-on-one feedback to support individual improvement.
Prepare lesson plans and maintain student performance records.
Coordinate with the placement team for student readiness.
Graduate in English or any stream with strong communication skills.
Teaching or training experience preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
Freshers with fluency in English may also apply.
