Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchising Manager based in Mumbai. The Franchising Manager will be responsible for franchise sales, managing franchise agreements, and developing business plans. The role involves identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, supporting them through the onboarding process, and ensuring adherence to the company's franchising policies and standards. The Franchising Manager will also be required to monitor sales performance and provide strategic guidance to help franchisees achieve their targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising management
• Knowledge of Franchise Agreements and related legal processes
• Skills in Sales and Business Planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
