Job Description

TGT English Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English to students of Classes VI–X as per CBSE syllabus.
Develop well-structured lesson plans and use activity-based and experiential learning methods.
Prepare question papers, assignments, and conduct formative & summative assessments.
Foster reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in students through various strategies.
Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Participate actively in school events, literary activities, assemblies, and academic initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in English with B.Ed (mandatory).
2+ years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
Excellent command over English language (spoken and written).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and innovative teaching methods.
