Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Teachers those who have experienced in higher grade and also handling ICSE& ISC Board.

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that meet curriculum standards.
Teach grammar, literature, composition, and communication skills to students of varying levels.
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments tailored to student needs.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Integrate technology and creative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
Organize and participate in school events, literary clubs, and extracurricular activities.
Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance.
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding student performance.
Stay updated with current teaching practices, language trends, and educational research.

Qualification and Requirements:

Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Masters preferred).(M.Phil)
Teaching certification or relevant qualification (e.g., B.Ed, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent).
Proven experience teaching English at [primary/secondary/college] level.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
