Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to inspire and educate students in line with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning experience that enhances students' language proficiency and literary appreciation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons as per the CBSE syllabus.
• Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills through structured activities and discussions.
• Design and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students’ language proficiency.
• Assess and evaluate students’ performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and creativity.
• Guide students in developing effective communication skills for academic and real-life applications.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as debates, elocution, drama, and literary competitions.
• Provide individualized support to students to address learning gaps and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and school management.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and integrate modern technology into the classroom.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field. B.Ed. is preferred.
• Experience: TGT/PGT with minimum 4-6 years experience.
• Strong command of English language, grammar, and literature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and smart classroom technology.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
