Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver English language lessons for classes 3 to 8 in alignment with the prescribed curriculum.
• Teach Grammar, Literature, Reading Comprehension, and Creative Writing effectively.
• Develop innovative teaching methodologies to make lessons interactive and enjoyable.
• Encourage reading habits and improve students' written and spoken English skills.
• Design and conduct assessments, tests, assignments, and projects to evaluate student performance.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to students to improve their communication skills.
• Organize activities like debates, elocutions, storytelling, role-plays, and essay writing competitions to enhance language proficiency.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to plan cross-curricular activities and events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.Ed.) or Master’s Degree (M.A./M.Ed.) in English Literature or related fields.
• Teaching Certification: B.Ed. or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred (freshers with excellent command over English may also apply).
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with digital tools and smart teaching techniques will be an added advantage.
