Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated English and SST Teacher for our locations in Nellore and Tirupati. The position is full-time and junior-level, suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the academic growth of students in a supportive and esteemed educational environment. Qualifications and Skills A minimum of 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in English and Social Studies at the relevant level is required. A degree in Bachelor of Education is mandatory to be considered for this teaching role in our institution. Proficient in classroom management to create a respectful and inclusive learning environment for all students. Skilled in lesson planning to design engaging, effective curriculum that aligns with educational standards. Familiarity with educational technology tools to enhance student learning and engagement in a technologically forward classroom. Strong communication skills to effectively convey subject matter and engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Social teacher (Mandatory skill) and english teacher (Mandatory skill) qualifications are crucial for this role. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to support educational goals and outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans for English and Social Studies classes that meet state and school-based curriculum standards. Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and encourages student participation and collaboration. Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their educational growth. Incorporate a variety of teaching strategies and technologies to address diverse learning needs and styles among students. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and educational strategies. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and enhance subject matter knowledge. Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to align teaching methods and share best practices for classroom success.
