Purpose of the Role:

To build and nurture lasting international client relationships by communicating confidently and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing directly to company growth through effective lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:

Make outbound calls to international clients to promote company offerings, address queries, and maintain positive client relationships.

• Lead Conversion:

Follow up on potential leads and ensure consistent conversion against monthly targets.

• CRM Management:

Update customer interactions, call notes, and lead progress regularly and accurately in the CRM system.

• Market Intelligence:

Collect and share insights from international customer conversations to improve service strategies and support business growth.

• Customer Experience:

Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions to enhance client trust and satisfaction.

Key Competencies:

• Fluent English Communication: Exceptional spoken English with clarity, confidence, and correct pronunciation.
• Professionalism: Maintains poise and positivity under pressure.
• Result-Oriented: Consistently meets or exceeds performance targets.
• Adaptability: Learns quickly and adjusts communication style for international clients.
• Integrity: Follows up as promised and communicates honestly.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in international calling, telemarketing, or BPO roles.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales/call targets.
• Basic computer knowledge, CRM familiarity, and good typing speed.
• Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
